DefySupply: the worst experience ever
In July 2012, we purchased a new, 3-piece sectional sofa from Defy Supply for our new condo in Florida.In August, they delivered a filthy, used (floor model?), damaged sofa missing its third section.
The delivery men were the first to notice as they unwrapped the sofa. We immediately sent many photos and a claim form to Defy Supply's customer service. Despite over 40? phone calls and emails, the company won't do anything at all.
When we finally reached someone in customer service, we were told they weren't able to transfer us to a supervisor; that they cannot contact the corporate office; and that they couldn't give us a phone number for the corporate office!
When we then checked the Consumer Affairs.com and the Better Business Bureau site, we found that we are just the latest in many customers who have been scammed by Defy Supply.
Monetary Loss: $1188.
