After 12 weeks of wait finally my sofa was delivered. We were disappointed to see the defective sofa.
We ordered a 3 piece sofa. 2 of the 3 pieces were damaged and one piece was fine. We called them up immediately and they requested us to file an online claim and send the pictures. We did that the same day and did not receive any reponse for a week.
Then from week 2 onwards we started following up almost daily and after 3 weeks of follow-up we got a call saying it passed manufacture quality check and in their terms of service it states that they are not responsible for the finish of the product and so they cannot do anything about it.
In short I lost my money!!! Feels terrible!!
Monetary Loss: $2400.
